Made by the traditional champagne method. Each grape variety is vinified separately, after which it is blended. Aged for 24-30 months on lees. The aroma is bright and powerful, with hints of apples, bread crust, cream, dried fruit and candied fruit. The taste is full, well structured, with a palette of aromas of acacia blossom, nuts and fresh baked goods. It has a nice unforgettable aftertaste.
