Cooking Advice: Mix 1 bag of mixture (400 g), 200 g eggs (about 4 pcs), 40 ml milk, 100 g butter and beat in a planetary mixer or knead with a balloon whisk for about 5 minutes at high speed. Pour into a pre-greased baking dish. Bake at 180 °C for approx 35-40 minutes. The resulting product is ready to use. The product can be frozen for later use, after defrosting store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
