Directions: Bring 1 liter of partially skimmed milk to a boil. Add the contents of 1 sachet (400 g), stirring. Bring to the boil. Pour into the moulds. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour or until you obtain the desired texture. Serve cold. The product can be frozen for later use; once thawed, store in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
