The wine has a light straw color. The aroma is intense with delicate floral notes that combine with bright aromas of Mediterranean herbs and citrus. The taste is refreshing, with a pleasant delicate acidity, notes of citrus and tropical fruits, with a slight bitterness of unroasted walnuts. The persistent aftertaste leaves citrus notes with a slight hint of fresh almonds. The wine is an excellent aperitif, perfectly complements fish and seafood dishes, pasta with cream sauce and seafood risotto. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of +8°C...+10°C.
