A special type of grape vinegar produced from white grapes with a high sugar content. Vinegar ageing in wooden barrels for at least 3 years. Its taste is unique and well balanced, with pronounced sweetness. Ideal for marinades, salad dressings, dishes from meat, poultry, fish and even desserts. The special protective sign of IGP confirms its geographical origin (Modena).
