Farfalle - 93Geographical origins from Lombardy and Emilia, the name is due to its typical butterfly shape, with small ruffles in the center. They are approximately 41 mm long and 1.33 to 1.38 mm thick. Farfalle is recommended to be seasoned with delicate sauces based on butter, green peas and ham or a white sauce, not too spicy, made from salmon and cream, as well as sauces based on delicate and soft cheeses with the addition of saffron or curry.
