Fusilli (Fusilli) - 34 Fusilli comes from the Campania region. They have a spiral shape, their diameter is approximately 10 mm, the average length is 41 mm and the thickness is between 1.35 and 1.48 mm. In ancient times, fusilli were made by hand. The noodles were rolled in a quick motion, with skillful hands, around a knitting needle. The movement was reminiscent of spinning threads, in fact the term "fusillo" comes from "fuso" - a tool used by spinners.
