For the production of Korona Trostyanets factory Mondelis Ukraine buys raw cocoa beans and produces grated cocoa and cocoa butter, the main ingredients for chocolate, by itself. A maximum of 48 hours passes from the production of grated cocoa beans to its use in chocolate.
