Monty Bojangles truffles with red berries and biscuit are delicate sweets covered with cocoa powder. On the palate: light bitterness of cocoa and chocolate mixed with berry aroma, light sourness and garnished with delicate biscuit crumbs. Candies are made by hand, by British order, in the French region of Angers, according to a traditional recipe known since 1934.
