Next, we wash the selected fruit, cut and slowly dry them with soft air, which allows you to keep all the benefits of fresh fruit and get a unique crunch. The soft drying process takes place at low temperature for 4-6 hours depending on the product. This method of processing allows you to keep the content of vitamins and other nutrients in the dry product at almost 100%. In the process of drying the fruit loses 88-92% of moisture, so 100 grams of fruit chips - is at least 1 kilogram of fresh fruit. And given that in some fruits we remove the brushes and peel, sometimes 100g of fruit chips is equal to 2 kg of fresh fruit!
