Since it does not contain any vegetable fats, dyes, or any preservatives, but only natural ingredients: milk, butter, water, sugar, egg yolk and natural vanilla flavoring. Even the stabilizer in our ice cream has only organic ingredients:

- inulin - it is extracted from chicory, jerusalem artichoke and agave

- rice flour - obtained by grinding rice
