Product description from producerAlcoholic apple cider vinegar 6% Akura is a 100% natural vinegar made from apple juice and wheat alcohol by aerobic fermentation (biochemical process of oxidation of carbohydrates and ethyl alcohol under aerobic conditions with the participation of atmospheric oxygen to acetic acid, carried out by acetic acid bacteria). Has a sour taste and a specific apple aroma. Apple cider vinegar is used as a milder substitute for conventional edible vinegar for marinade and salad dressing. Mass fraction of acetic acid 6%. Directions for use: dilute with water in a 1: 1 ratio.
