Kefir Muks is made in a thermostatic way. After pasteurization, the milk is separated, whereby the fat content is adjusted to the level of 1%. Next, a direct fermentation is added, after which the fermentation process takes place in a thermostatic chamber with an exposure of up to 9 hours. The formation of a clot occurs in consumer packaging.
