PARBOILED RICE of TM ART FOODS is processed with steam before polishing. In the process of parboiling the greatest amount of the vitamins and minerals is contained in cereals, not in boltings, that are withdrawn. After parboiling, the grains become less brittle and do not stick during cooking, in addition, they remain as crisp and delicious after re-heating. Parboiled rice ranks second after the white long-grain rice due to its useful properties, but is preparing for about 10 minutes longer because its grain are harder.
