It is made from the selective autochthonous grape variety Tulti-Kuruk grown on the vineyards of Shabo and harvested by hand. Telti Kuruk originates from the 5th century -“the Turkish period” in the history of Shabo. The variety got its name due to the unusual shape of the cave that in translation from Turkish means “fox tail”.

This wine is unique and unusual in its organoleptic characteristics. The noble drink has a straw color, a subtle floral fragrance, a refreshing, light mineral taste with exquisite tones of South African fruit feijoa.
