Tenjaku (天 雀) is a young and ambitious premium Japanese whisky brand whose name means "lark" in Japanese. The lark in Japan symbolises the union of earth and sky, and is also a bird of good omen. 

What makes Tenjaku whisky unique: 

● Tenjaku whisky is produced using water from the Fuefuki River. This is very soft water, containing a minimum of minerals and salts, which makes the taste of the whisky incredibly mild and balanced. 

● Tenjaku is a very mellow whisky matured in bourbon and sherry casks. The minimum length of maturation is 3 years. It is worth noting that the japanese whisky is matured in a much hotter climate than in Scotland (the ageing is accompanied by a high proportion of angels and the whisky matures more intensively). All this gives the drink a very delicate aroma and a soft full-bodied taste. 

● The unique Tenjaku Blend is created by master whisky-maker Kenji Watanabe who has over 30 years of experience. Master Watanabe is renowned for his exquisite taste and unique style. 

Category: Pure Malt Japan Whisky. 

Technology: matured in bourbon barrels for eight years. Use of very soft water. 

Colour: golden amber. 

Aroma: citrus fruit, green apple, candied fruit, vanilla and chocolate. 

Taste: Smooth, extremely harmonious, with a lingering aftertaste. 

Gastronomy: Degusting. 

Serving temperature: 20-22°C.
