Thes De la Pagode Earl Gray is a selected Chinese green tea, brewed using the imperial or fine picking method: the young shoots or Peko are picked in the spring, from small gardens high in the mountains. They are then prepared using traditional Chinese methods. Like the British classic, this Earl Gray contains natural bergamot oil.
