The wine is made according to the biodynamic principle of winemaking, from grapes harvested by hand in the appellation. Muscadet Sevre et Maine, from vineyards aged 30 years. Aged on the lees for 15 months in amphoras. The bouquet of wine appears notes of citrus fruits, fennel, spices, herbs, bay leaf. The taste is very soft, fresh, creamy, full.
