NOVUS masters form circles from boiled potatoes, flour, eggs and salt. In the middle they put the filling of cabbage, carrots, onions, tomato paste, sugar and spices. They form zrazy, bread them and fry them until golden brown. The finished potatoes are tender and soft, with a slight juiciness, thanks to the cabbage filling. With sour cream, sauces, herbs, pickles - zrazy are incredibly tasty and nutritious.
