Ruby colored wine. Produced in limited quantities, no more than 19,946 bottles per year. This wine is aged for 4 months in cement tanks and then another 3 months in French oak barrels. It has a pleasant aroma of cherry and raspberry with notes of cedar and a fresh, light taste. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16...18 degrees with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
