The grapes for this wine are harvested from a separate "Dis Cumieris" cru located in the commune of Mariano del Friuli in Riva Alto. The wine is aged for 8 months on lees in French oak barrels. The aroma reveals notes of flowers, wild herbs and lime. The taste is persistent, light and refreshing. Best at 10-11ºC for shrimp and octopus soup.
