Flors Di Uis is a rare for Friuli assemblage wine made from 3 varieties of grapes. From the local dialect the name translates as "flower of the grape". It is aged on lees in steel vats for 8 months. The aroma of the wine has notes of wildflowers, ripe pears, apricot, quince and sweet spices. The taste is complex and refreshing, with notes of exotic fruits. Best at 10-11ºC as an accompaniment to fish and aged cheeses.
