Rooster Rojo is a premium brand of tequila from the famous alcoholic house Fabrica de Tequilas Finos, located in the Mexican city of Tequila. The company produces a large assortment of tequila, which are annually awarded at prestigious international competitions. Most of the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos employees have been working since its founding and know the process of tequila production thoroughly. Rooster Rojo uses 100% Blue Agawe grown in Tequila and Los Altos de Jalisco. Carefully selected raw materials are sent to an autoclave, then the juice is crushed and squeezed. Yeast is added to the liquid, the composition of which is under the strictest secret. After fermentation, the agave fermented juice is distilled, and later brought to the required strength.
