Matured in a series of casks previously used to store robust American whiskies, delicate sherries and fine Pedro Ximenez wines, Zacapa 23 rum is aged using a complex Solera process. This process is the secret to our rum's exciting flavorful intricacies and notes of honey, butterscotch, spiced oak and raisined fruit. Best enjoyed neat or with a single, pure ice cube in a luxury rocks glass with a heavy base.
