St. Pierre White-Blanche is a top-fermented wheat beer with a slightly hazy golden color. The taste of beer is soft, pleasant with fruity-citrus notes and distinctly expressed notes of curacao, orange peel and coriander. The beer has a harmonious aroma with dominant hints of citrus and malt. The beer was named after the Benedictine Abbey of St. Peter, founded in the Bruges suburb of Assebruck in 1879.
