St. Pierre Brown is a top-fermented beer with an intense brown color. The taste of beer is malty, pleasant, round and well structured, it combines pleasant bitterness with nuances of licorice and cinnamon. The aroma of beer is powerful, harmonious, with caramel malt-spicy notes. The beer was named after the Benedictine Abbey of St. Peter, founded in the Bruges suburb of Assebruck in 1879.
