Yagotinsky TM cottage cheese is a natural cottage cheese without added preservatives and stabilizers, made from natural cow's milk by its fermentation with beneficial lactic acid bacteria. As a result of the fermentation process, the most valuable ingredients are extracted from the milk: protein (casein) and milk fat. Yagotyn Creamery produces cottage cheese using equipment made by Polish company Obram, which helps improve the quality of the cottage cheese due to a closed production cycle. This equipment excludes direct human intervention in the product itself during the production process and guarantees the safety and quality of the cheese.
