This seasoning has been a trademark of the French city of the same name, Dijon, since the second half of the 19th century. Producers carefully selected mustard grains grown near the famous city, added wine vinegar or juice of unripe grapes, added tarragon or lavender.
Dijon mustard with tarragon is a unique composition of grated mustard seeds flavored with alcoholic vinegar, tarragon, turmeric and cinnamon. Thanks to this, its taste is moderately sharp and has a heady and fresh tarragon flavor.
We recommend it to serve it with meat and fish dishes, potatoes, coldcuts and borscht, add it to salad dressings, marinades, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches. Spread mustard on bread and savor it with pleasure!
