We have long dreamed of brewing winter Gose. We took half a bead of tangerine, sea buckthorn puree, and added cinnamon, star anise, and cloves to all of this. The result is a very interesting New Year's Gose with a bright tangerine color, brightly complementing spices and our favorite sea buckthorn in the aftertaste. We haven’t believed in Santa for a long time, but we believe in winter Gose with all our hearts!
