American Pale Ale, so new it's crunchy. Zim took five different types of hops and got something exciting. Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Summit and Cascade provide a fresh palette of hop aromas such as mango, red berries, pine and herbs. The taste is even, with a moderate bitterness, which is balanced by a slight malty sweetness.
