Banana flour is made exclusively from the green fruits of bananas. Bananas are peeled, cut, dried, and then ground into a floury state. The content of plant fibers, and, accordingly, fiber in this flour is much higher than in classic flour. Accordingly, this flour is digested much longer by the body.
