This Crémant Riesling is produced according to the méthode champenoise - the classic bottle fermentation method - and matures on the lees for a total of 12 months. It has a subtle color with yellowish-green nuances and a pleasantly fruity, fresh aroma of peaches. It is mineral on the palate and dominates with refreshing aromas of yellow fruit. Fruity and fresh with a pronounced minerality. An excellent accompaniment to an aperitif or dessert.
