Espolòn Blanco tequila is made from 100% hand-harvested blue agave juice. From start to finish, Espolòn Blanco is created at our Casa San Nicolás distillery located in prestigious Los Altos De Jalisco, Mexico. Espolòn Blanco tequila is created using a unique combination of traditional and modern methods and is the genius creation of our maestro Tequilero, Cirilo Oropeza. To create Blanco tequila, we use only mineral-rich water from our natural well located below the distillery. We hand-pick Weber Blue Agaves and steam them in our stainless steel autoclaves. Then we add some art to the science and turn on some classical music for the yeast. Cirillo believed that this helped activate the yeast through the vibrations of the music's sound waves. We then double distill our tequila using a combination of different methods to give it a perfectly smooth and balanced flavor profile.

In this way, we create an authentic, Mexican tequila with a smooth taste and bright aroma of agave, enhanced by notes of pepper, vanilla, grilled pineapple and spices. We bottle our Blanco tequila in a signature bottle with a distinctive label inspired by the works of the famous Mexican artist José Guadalupe Posada.
