Olmeca Altos is made exclusively from agave from the Altos region of Mexico, but Olmeca Altos Plata is bottled immediately after its distillation, and Olmeca Altos Reposado is aged in oak barrels for 8-10 months. The aged Olmeca Altos Reposado has sweet citrus notes (orange, grapefruit). , as well as fresh fruit tones.
