Preparation steps

Prepare ingredients — Rinse rice 5–7 times until the water is clear. Cut carrots into thin strips, onions into half rings, peppers into strips, and tomatoes into cubes. Leave the garlic cloves whole. ⏱ 15 min. Tip: The water should be clear after rinsing the rice.

Fry vegetables — Heat oil in a pot, fry onions until golden, add carrots and cook until soft. ⏱ 10 min. Tip: Carrots are tender, onions golden.
