Stages of cooking
Fry chicken legs in a pan for 2 minutes from both sides until light golden brown can be seen. Use sunflower oil. Then put the meat in a separate bowl.
Gently place the tomatoes into the boiling water for 25 seconds or so. Remove the tomatoes immediately from the boiling water using a slotted spoon and let them cool off. Then remove the peel and cut it into small cubes. Onion should be cut into half rings, and chop the garlic.
Add tomatoes and onions in a frying pan, where the chicken was fried, and stew about 5 minutes.
Add chicken to the pan and cook for 15 minutes more.
Add garlic, olives, herbs and leave the pan on low heat for 10 minutes.
To cook Greek tortillas you should mix together the flour, warm water, yeast, salt and sugar.
Roll the dough into a ball, cover it with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Devide the dough into 4 parts, roll it out and fry on a dry frying pan.
