Stages of cooking

  1. In a saucepan, bring the cream and milk to a boil.

  2. Add the chocolate and stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.

  3. Beat the yolks with sugar into lush foam.

  4. Pour the eggs in a thin stream into the stew pan.

  5. Simmer until thick.

  6. Pour the resulting cream into a deep bowl and cover with cling film.
