Preparation steps

Prepare the vegetables — boil the potatoes and carrots, cool and peel. ⏱ 10 min. Tip: the vegetables should be soft but not overcooked.

Chopping the ingredients — finely chop the potatoes, carrots, sausage, cucumbers and eggs. ⏱ 5 min. Guideline: even cubes.
