The wine is made according to the biodynamic principle of winemaking, from grapes harvested by hand in the appellation. Muscadet Sevre et Maine, with 45-55 year old vineyards. Aged 18 months in amphoras. The bouquet of wine combines notes of fresh citrus fruits, fragrant dried fruits, fragile white flowers, almonds, toast and minerals. The taste is full, perfectly balanced, with subtle freshness.
