Description

Tomatin 10 YO (2025 edition) is a new interpretation of the classic Highland style, matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks. The nose features notes of fresh green apples, ripe pears, citrus, and delicate gorse blossom. Over time, hints of buttery croissants, white chocolate, honeyed oats, gentle baking spices, and macadamia nut emerge. The palate is sweet and fruity, with layers of lemon meringue, runny honey, and soft toffee. The finish is medium in length, with lingering notes of wildflower honey and sweet mandarin.
