Description
A beautiful blend with a peaty character, crafted from 10- and 15-year-old malt whiskies aged in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, as well as grain whiskies, all married together in peated whisky barrels. The aroma is delicate, featuring notes of orchard fruits and iris against refined smoky nuances reminiscent of smoldering wood and roasted coffee beans. The taste has an amazing texture combining light honey and mocha notes. The smoke gently envelops without trying to dominate. The finish is long-lasting, with a light fruity note, a wonderful balance of stone fruits, sherry influence, and smoke.
