The 13th edition is the first release since 2019, for which 44 bourbon casks were selected, mostly fresh, which gave the drink a wonderful buttery vanilla and caramel, harmoniously complemented by citrus sweetness. The aroma reveals notes of malted bread, caramelized apples, banana bread, citrus fruits, lavender, pear drops, sea salt and hints of peat smoke. Taste with notes of fresh vanilla, fragrant peat smoke with caramel, barley blossom, raisins and shades of spicy oak tannins. The taste is silky with fresh motifs of crispy bread, butter and honey.
