This new release from the renowned Echlinville Distillery, aged for 3 years in bourbon casks, embodies the classic elegance of an Irish blend. The aroma reveals notes of ripe green apples harvested at their peak, complemented by hints of sweet butterscotch and Madagascar vanilla. The palate is silky and rounded, perfectly mirroring the aromatic profile: layers of creamy toffee and gentle sweetness transition into vibrant accents of orchard fruits.
