Description

Aroma: aroma of red fruits - cherries, blueberries, raspberries.
Taste: fresh, round, full-bodied, with delicate tannins and a sweet aftertaste.
Limited Edition
A limited collection of wines created using a special cold fermentation stopping technology.
The uniqueness of the natural semi-sweet Limited Edition capsule is that the wine is sweet without a single gram of added sugar, revealing the natural sweetness and aroma of the grape itself.
To create naturally semi-sweet wines, grapes from the best areas of the Shabo terroir are used, which have reached the required level of ripeness, acidity, and sugar balance.
The readiness of the berries to become wine is determined by daily tastings and laboratory indicators.
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and delivered to the production facility by refrigerated trucks within 15 minutes to preserve their freshness.
When the wine reaches the required sugar (sweetness) level, the fermentation process is stopped by rapid cooling to a temperature of -4°C.
This allows the bright saturation of the varietal aroma of fresh grapes to be achieved and their natural sweetness to be preserved.

Ingridients

Product of incomplete fermentation on the pulp of Merlot grapes. Contains the antioxidant sulfur dioxide in accordance with the norms of Ukrainian legislation.
