Description

The wine has a light straw color. The perlage is fine with a persistent mousse. The aroma has hints of flowers, ripe yellow fruits, citrus, candied fruits, freshly baked bread and brioche. The taste of Franchacorta is balanced, with elegant acidity and rich citrus hints, with notes of tropical fruits, bread crust and butter. The wine is ideal for an aperitif and will harmoniously complement sea fish, seafood, summer salads and soft cheeses. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of +6°C...+8°C.
