The grapes were hand-picked and carefully pressed, after fermentation the wine rested on the lees for several months, and was finally aged in French oak barrels for 18 months (60% new, 40% refill). The aroma reveals notes of exotic fruits, cinnamon, vanilla and shades of coconut. The taste is juicy with a balanced oak character, a bright body with spices on the finish, leading to a long straw-mineral aftertaste.
