Description

The wine is pale yellow in colour with good persistent bubbles. The aroma is intense and elegant, with notes of honey and acacia, combined with subtle motifs of candied citrus. The taste is surprisingly harmonious, with a very good sugar/acid balance and fruity nuances.

Grape varieties: 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin, 10% Pinot Noir. Contains sulfites and sugar.
