Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown in the Marlborough wine region of New Zealand. The wine is light lemon in colour. It has a refreshing aroma of red currants and passion fruit and a taste of guava and lime. The taste has a good balance of fruitiness and acidity, with a medium finish and tropical notes. The wine goes well with salads, fish dishes and seafood. Recommended serving temperature is between +10°C and +12°C.
