Description

"Parmental" from the "Pyriatyn" brand is a high-quality and affordable alternative to premium European-quality cheeses for Ukrainians. “Parmental” cheese is made from standardized pasteurized milk using mesophilic lactic acid bacterial cultures and a rennet preparation that coagulates the milk. The minimum aging period for “Parmental” is 2 months.
Thanks to its savory and slightly tangy flavor, “Parmental” cheese from the “Pyriatyn” brand will enhance any table as a standalone appetizer—pair it with peaches, nectarines, apples, and pears, a few slices of ripe melon, and shelled nuts.
In 2014, the "Pyriatyn" brand of butter won the Grand Prix at the All-Ukrainian Dairy Product Quality Tasting Competition.
