An original creation by the master cheesemakers of the «Shostka» factory. It combines a rich and pure creamy taste, a pleasant tang, and a love for craftsmanship! This cheese is for true connoisseurs who can uncover all its flavor nuances.
Made from selected high-quality farm milk, the «Shostka» cheese matures for up to 5 weeks. It has a mild yellow color and small irregular “eyes” in the slice.
Perfect for making hot crusty sandwiches, pizza, and pasta.

Ingridients

Pasteurized cow's milk, table salt, hardening agent calcium chloride, preservative potassium nitrate, bacterial concentrate (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria), natural dye annatto extract.
